3. Generated Content

The images generated by the Service ("Generated Content") are based on your User Content. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GetPik grants you full ownership of the Generated Content you create. You are free to use it for personal or commercial purposes.

You agree not to create any Generated Content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to filter or remove content that violates our policies.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive.
• Upload any content that contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service.

5. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay GetPik the specified fees. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. We may change our prices at any time, but we will provide you with prior notice.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

In no event will GetPik be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
